7 Iris Road has 2 double beds and 1 single bed. Three bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms. 1 Large sitting room flowing into the Kitchen area and then into a conservatory and a dining room. A large pool and entertainment area. The house can hold a family of 5 or can be rented as bedrooms. We have a domestic helper who comes on a Tuesday and a Thursday to clean and wash clothes

Rates:
R2000 a night if you have rented the whole house this would mean a cost of R400 per person per night! This is a very discounted rate for renting the entire house. Each seperate bedroom rents for R600 a night. You will need to pay a non refundable deposit of 40% of your booking fee up front to secure your booking. Please note you would have to add an extra R100 for the domestic helper each time she comes to clean the house
You would also pay a refundable 1000 damges deposit which would be returned to you after your stay - this would include a set of keys and electric gate opener.
